Yes - you can imagine Laserfocus as an interface layer on top of Salesforce. Your data is stored and saved in your Salesforce instance, we don't store any of it.
Are you changing my Salesforce setup?
Nope. Salesforce is defined and setup by your company, we don't interact with your workflows in Salesforce or create any fields. Everything stays untouched in your Salesforce instance.
Do I need my manager's approval or an admin to set it up?
Generally not. Laserfocus doesn't require any setup or implementation; you can start simply by logging in with your Salesforce credentials and are good to go. It can be the case that your organization doesn't allow third-party providers access to Salesforce. In this case, you might have to contact your manager or Salesforce Admin.

We don't charge for the fantastic service in our beta, because people like you are helping us with the product, so we offer it in return for free for all beta users.
